Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us directly with your requirements for a custom quote.
What is a made to order product?
Since we offer many designs for our products we produce each of them after every order.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing and production time typically takes up to 7 days, and shipping usually takes an additional 7 days, depending on your location. Please note these numbers may vary, therefore please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our supplier has production sites in both Europe and North America.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order please contact us at contact@parrotbag.com whitin 24 hours of your order.
Can I modify my order?
We cannot offer modification to orders at this time but you could cancel your order and place a new you. You must cancel it whitin 24 hours.
Do you offer International shipping?
At this moment we only ship our products in North America and Europe. If you are in a different location please contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat shipping rate of 7$. All orders above 80$ will have free shipping.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at conctact@parrotbag.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@parrotbag.com
What is your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at contact@parrotbag.com or by completing the form from Return page.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at contact@parrotbag.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Ideal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. Our main payment processor is Stripe.
